I currently accept Cigna - please call me to discuss your insurance coverage prior to initial appointment, a tentative appointment date will be given and confirmed upon verification of insurance. 

When using your insurance, please understand that while I am an in-network provider with various insurance companies, each plan is different, your benefits are contracted between you and your insurance company. I am currently under a contract with your insurance company and do not have control over the benefits, deductibles, coverage, or fees associated with your plan.

For all other insurance companies I am considered an out of network provider. I will submit claims with your permission to assist you in seeking reimbursement; however, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval or prior authorization required from my primary care physician or by the therapist?

Cash and check are accepted.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified with at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee for your session. If you are using insurance than you are responsible for your fee as set by the reimbursement rate. When you schedule your appointment you are reserving a session time, it is your responsibity to be present, as I will be, for your sessions. 
Therapy is most effective when attended once a week.  Weekly attendance also helps us maintain the momentum of our work together and ensures you are making progress toward your therapy goals.
